Mitt Romney Wins Big in Nevada!

Interestingly, the media is crediting the victory to the Mormon turnout. One source said that Mormons made up 50% of Romney's support (that is not an official report).

Hmmm.....okay, take away half of Mitt's votes and he still has double the amount of caucus-goers than anyone else!

Update: Thanks to Lance in Texas, the Mormons accounted for 1 in 5 of the vote (read the comments).......that's pretty different than APs report "Mormons gave Mitt about half of his votes." In other words, "about half" could mean anywhere from 20-50%.

The Mormon vote was about 1-in-5 not 50%. Now, of the Mormons that did vote, about 95% did vote for him.
Also, the Mormon population for Nevada is about 6.5% and this includes all LDS, adults, children, etc.
